SAFE PLACE PROJECT
DGR 822/2020 – SAFE PLACE: IOT SYSTEMS FOR HEALTHY AND SAFE LIVING ENVIRONMENTS
The project, presented on 9 September 2020 under DGR 822 of 23 June 2020 by the ICT4SSL Consortium as a legal entity representing the RIR ICT For Smart And Sustainable Living (leader) with the mandate of the RIR Venetian Smart Lighting and Veneto Clima e Energia, had been officially approved by AVEPA with the Decree of 15 December 2020.
SAFE PLACE is aimed at improving the functionality, usability and accessibility of all the classes of devices known to counter the COVID-19 emergency and allow their integration into IoT-based systems, thus creating modular solutions capable of combining in a synergistic and flexible way different technologies according to the specific needs of various use cases.
It involves a total of 24 partners, specifically 4 Research Centers: University of Padua, University of Verona, Ca 'Foscari University of Venice, T2i Scarl and 20 companies including 7 belonging to the network: Atena Lux Srl, Coem Srl, Elesi Luce Srl, Engi Srl, Hikari Srl, Nectogroup Srl and Stylnove Ceramiche Srl.
