The functioning of the sample will be verified and, if passed, we move on to testing.

Atena Lux has an internal resin laboratory: resin is the process that incorporates the electronic part of our products, in a protective volume that can be rigid or flexible, transparent or opaque. This process guarantees our light profiles protection from external agents in compliance with International Protection standards (e.g. IP65-67), anti-UV and anti-yellowing filter.
The resins for LED protection that we use are of the two-component polyurethane type and certified. Through controlled channeling times, the resins reach the right degree of mixing, thus obtaining a perfect result.
Our resin service, being always in operation and therefore constantly monitored and optimized, allows us to respond to requests promptly and with a high degree of quality.
The resin department is an excellence of the production part of ATENA LUX. It consists of three different automated lines whose production benches have the capacity to manufacture linear components with lengths of even tens of meters.
The fundamental requirements that all the products in the collection satisfy are durability, high resistance to corrosive agents, and a wide range of operating temperatures.
Thanks to the specific construction philosophy common to all the products in the collection, the linear elements are watertight and suitable for use in outdoor environments, in humid environments, exposed to the elements and suitable for immersion, having passed the resin approval tests that give the product the IP67 rating.
